Nuance is searching for a talented sales leader to lead and execute our go-to-market plans with Microsoft. Success will be measured based on your impact to sales pipeline, revenue generated from joint solution sales, offers you bring to market, and your ability to influence joint engagement between Nuance and Microsoft sellers in the field. This is a high impact role that will interface directly with leadership at both Nuance and Microsoft. You will be the key Microsoft subject matter expert in your territory and the key point of contact for both Nuance and Microsoft sales teams for joint opportunities and pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:
- Sales-led pipeline development and velocity campaigns.
- Pre-sales support for partner field sellers.
- Account or territory-based connection between partner and Nuance field sellers.
- Partner sales enablement / co-sell days.
- Partner-specific sales operations (pipeline, deal registration, forecasting, analytics).
- Inbound lead qualification and conversion to pipeline.
- Subject matter expert / presenter for marketing, enablement, and customer events.
Qualifications:
- BA/BS in business, marketing, journalism, or other field requiring excellent outbound verbal and digital communication skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft cloud-based solutions, consumption-based business models, and cloud partner ecosystems.
- 4-6 years sales experience with a focus on channel sales.
- Ability to work global time zones.
- Experience executing a royalty/reseller partner program.
Desired Skills:
- Familiarity with Microsoft partner systems & processes (Partner Center), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Salesforce.com.
- Experience running business application campaigns in healthcare, financial services, retail, or public sector.
- Experience at a Microsoft Azure or Dynamics partner.
- Data, detail, and scale oriented. Comfortable indirectly managing thousands of pipeline opportunities in a scalable and standardized way.
- Spanish, French, or Portuguese language is a plus.
