The OpportunityÂ
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Partner Success Specialist (Remote role) to help us catapult our Solar financing line of business. In this role, you will be working closely with our Regional Sales, Operations, Training, Product, and other functional teams to acquire new partners, onboard and train them, and strengthen partner relationships. Your day-to-dayÂ
- A significant part of your week will be spent on the phone making both proactive outbound calls to partners and taking inbound calls from partners while providing exceptional customer service and solving problems as they arise
- Own and manage a defined geographic territory: cultivate, retain, and build loyalty through partner survey scores
- Guide new partners from initial application submitted to application completed, through training, and into post onboarding completed support
- Partner with Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to develop and deliver timely partner support, reporting, and analysis to larger accounts in your territory
- Monitor partner health and reach out to partners in your defined territory before risks escalate and identify remediation options
- Develop and maintain key external partner relationships at the Owner, Sales Rep, and Admin levels.
- Part of your week will be spent conducting partner pipeline reviews for your defined territory and leveraging your analysis to game plan proactive ways you can get in front of problems before they arise, unstuck deals, and ultimately act as an “extended team member” on behalf of our solar partners
- Implement targeted strategies to increase client engagement for under-performing territories / accounts within defined risk parameter
- Part of your week will be spent in train-the-trainer sessions with partners to ensure strong knowledge of critical Mosaic Solar applications, compliance requirements, and campaigns via conference call and webinars
- Train and onboard sales reps, owners, and admins of new solar installers on our operational processes
We are looking for someone with:Â
- 3+ years of Customer Support Experience
- 1+ years of Account Management experience
- Amazing phone skills with a passion for relationship building
- Demonstrated organizational, analytical, customer problem solving skills
- Deep commitment to growing the clean energy movement
- Drive, intrinsic motivation and a commitment to team success
- Strong integrity, interpersonal, customer engagement and account management skills • Experience using Salesforce.com to guide your work day
- Comfortable with other forms of reporting technology: Tableau, Periscope, etc.
Bonus points for:Â
- Documented top customer success, account management and/or customer support performance in a solar and/or financing industry
- Experience training external customers on technology tools and company processes • College degree in either Finance, Sustainability or other Environmental field
