The Role
The Partnerships Manager will support the marketing and partnership strategy at Nabis. They should be autonomous, move quickly, be extremely organized, and excited to leverage the resources of a fast-paced organization. They will be responsible for reporting to the Director of Marketing & Partnerships to help shape our digital marketing strategy through copyright, tracking marketing metrics along with SEO, and activate high level marketing campaigns across our social platforms to drive both new business and help the expansion of the Nabis ecosystem as a whole. 
They will manage and work with partners on selling co-marketing opportunities on the Nabis Marketplace, which includes the creation of custom content and collateral to help drive sales and adoption on the B2B platform. They will also collaborate on industry trade shows warrant Nabis’s attendance & sponsorship and execute on booth implementation or event activation.
The Partnerships Manager will help identify B2B marketing opportunities that will add the most value to Nabis’ overall growth goals and must be able to generate high-impact ideas, clearly prioritize workloads, manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive them to completion efficiently.


Responsibilities:

  • Shape Nabis's Identity and Brand Story: Contribute to the development and execution of our identity, brand story, and content strategy.
  • Content Creation and Management: Organize and execute content, assets, and marketing programs that engage our target audiences on Nabis's social media platforms.
  • Customer-Facing Content: Collaborate in strategizing and creating customer-facing content that effectively communicates the value of Nabis's products.
  • Co-Marketing Opportunities: Manage and sell co-marketing opportunities on the Nabis Marketplace, including being the liaison with strategizing and executing custom campaigns with external partners.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various departments and help manage our relationship with our PR agency to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.
  • Partnership Development: Support the identification and cultivation of new partnerships for Nabis brands and retailers through marketing.
  • Event Support: Provide support for event development and trade show execution at various locations across the state.


Requirements

  • 4+ Years of Marketing Experience: You should have a solid background with at least 4 years of experience in digital and content marketing, or a similar role, with a focus on tracking and analytics.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills, capable of executing in a fast-paced, high-demand environment while managing evolving priorities.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills suitable for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Adaptability: Willingness to adapt and be creative, as the cannabis industry often requires unconventional marketing strategies.
  • Data-Driven Approach: A data-driven mindset with experience in quantifiably tracking and proving marketing strategy success.
  • Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with tools such as Mailchimp, Figma, Typeform, Ahrefs, and other marketing technologies.
  • Social Media Management: Proven ability in social media management and content strategy.
  • Project Management: Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and efficiently prioritize them to achieve optimal results.
  • Cannabis Industry Passion: A strong passion for emerging markets and the cannabis industry.
  • Go-To-Market Strategy: Experience in crafting, driving, and managing go-to-market strategies across various channels (enablement, content, lifecycle marketing, community, etc.).
  • Audience Understanding: Understanding of personal development and audience segmentation.
  • Community Initiatives: Experience in launching community initiatives, such as building online forums, creating industry event series, or managing email newsletters.
  • Events Experience: Demonstrated experience in facilitating our presence at trade shows and industry events.
