Role Description

Respond.io is expanding rapidly, aiming for a $1 billion valuation following our successful Series A funding. We seek a visionary Partnership Manager to nurture and support our channel partner ecosystem. The ideal candidate will drive mutual success through strong relationship management, strategic collaboration, and effective enablement.

Responsibilities

  • Identify potential channel partners that align with the company's strategic goals.
  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to onboard new partners.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing channel partners.
  • Act as the main point of contact for partners, addressing their needs and concerns.
  • Organize regular meetings, business reviews, and performance assessments with partners.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to educate partners on the company's products, services, and sales processes.
  • Provide ongoing support and resources to partners to ensure their success.
  • Collaborate with partners to develop and execute joint business plans to drive sales and market penetration.
  • Monitor and analyze partner performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Achieve sales targets and revenue goals through effective partner management.
  • Gather market insights and feedback from partners to improve product development and strategy.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in channel management, partner-led sales and business development experience.
  • Experienced in Channel/Sales in the tech or SaaS industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and growing channel partner relationships.
  • Experienced in building business and marketing plans with Partners.
  • Well-organized, proactive, goal-oriented, and able to prioritize.
  • Ability to operate both at a strategic and hands-on level.
  • Good communication skills in English with an ability to clearly explain complex ideas verbally and in writing.
  • Nimble and agile team player with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment.
