Patient Service Representative Position SummaryĀ
The primary function of a Patient Service Representative is to provide administrativeĀ support for theĀ PrimaryĀ and Specialty Care practices. The Patient Service RepresentativeĀ is responsible for greeting patients and patient checkĀ in and check out; verification and maintenance of patient insurance/financial information and patient communication with required staff. TheĀ Patient Service RepresentativeĀ is also responsible forĀ patient scheduling and medical history in the EHR system, and additional office-specific tasks as instructed.
Patient Service Representative Position RequirementsĀ Ā
- Previous physician office experience preferred.
- Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
- Experience with electronic health record preferred.
- High School graduate or equivalent required.
Patient Service Representative Work Schedule
- Monday - Friday, Day Shift
Patient Service Representative BenefitsĀ
- At TidalHealth, full-time employees working at least 80Ā hours per pay period andĀ part-time employees working at least 40Ā hours per pay periodĀ are eligible for benefits.
