Billing Specialist and Payroll Clerk
Our client located in Overland Park has an immediate opening for a Billing Specialist as well as Payroll Clerk.

Responsibilities for the Billing Specialist:

• Add new clients, items, and pricing to billing system as requested via client services, operations, or business development from executed SOWs
• Update billing system with changes in pricing and budgets as directed by client services, operations, or business development from signed SOWs on existing clients
• Send out invoices via e-mail & USPS, monthly for primary/major client(s)
• Maintain accurate records of invoicing and provide support to the cash applications team member for accurate settlement of payments
• Process adjustment requests as approved by operations and client services
• Assist in other accounting support on vision
• Other duties as assigned

Responsibilities for the Payroll Clerk:

• Timesheet collection and entry.
• Creates payroll reports, retains and distributes as needed.
• New user set up and time and expense software training.
• Reconciles and pays independent and 3 rd party contractors.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Eligible to work in the US without sponsorship
• Intermediate Excel skills
• Strong problem solving and communication skills
• Strong writing and communication skills
