Establish specialized corporate image & develop engagement strategy and initiatives with provincial government agencies to develop regional business ecosystem and improve market access.

Build platform and design contents to develop professional relationship with with Local Access stakeholders such as presidents of hospitals, director of Pharmacy Department and so on.

Main responsibilities:
  • Build platform to maintain professional engagement with provincial government officials in region to build regional business ecosystem and enhance access capability:
    • Design and develop platform and conduct visit to maintain constructive professional relationship with stakeholders in primary care territories.
    • Keep abreast of regional medical landing policies and deliver regularly training & coach to regional promotion team.
  • Build platform and design contents to develop professional relationship with with Local Access stakeholders such as presidents of hospitals, director of Pharmacy Department and so on:
    • Design and develop a regional high-quality innovative platform for key to create a high-quality environment for the listing and safe operation of key hospital.
    • Visit Local Access stakeholders regularly and maintain professional communication with them to speed up hospital listing.
    • Regularly organize hospital access related content and and deliver regularly training & coach to regional promotion team.

About you

Education:
  • Bachelor degree or above
  • Major in Medicine or pharmaceuticals preferred
Experience & knowledge:
  • At least 8 years hospital promotion experience in healthcare industry
  • At least 3 years people management experience
  • Experience in key account management or foreign pharmaceutical companies in similar capacity is preferred
  • Solid professional relationship with key stakeholder is a plus
  • Experience in conference and activity organization
