Your Life within the OneCloud initiative:

Responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in horizontal departments. Formulates partnerships across the HR team between Maven Wave & Atos to deliver value-added service. The HRBP maintains an effective level of business acumen about the horizontals’ current position, growth plans, culture and challenges.

Your Role and Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic partnership and counsel to horizontal leaders ensuring employee advocacy and fairness.
  • Develop progressive talent strategies including L&D, Career Pathing, Succession planning, Performance, retention to client groups.
  • Support leadership teams through all HR processes including talent development, performance management, compliance, employee relations, change management, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, etc.
  • Utilize qualitative and quantitative data in order to inform key business and talent decisions.
  • Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations.
  • Works closely with leaders and employees to build culture, proactively push engagement, and be acutely aware of retention.
  • Provides guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning.
  • Identifies training needs for business units and individual coaching needs.
  • Participates in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success. Follow up to ensure training objectives are met.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned. 

Your Expertise: 

  • Bachelor’s degree required. 
  • SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) credential preferred.
  • 6 - 9 years of experience in an HRBP role with preference supporting a Sales organization or in IT consulting.  Working knowledge of multiple human resources disciplines, including total rewards, employee relations, diversity, performance management, and federal and state respective employment laws.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to demonstrate strong judgment and decision making.
  • Ability to obtain a thorough understanding of the organization’s structure, jobs, qualifications, compensation practices, and processes.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with Google Workspace preferred.
