Your Life within the OneCloud initiative:

Responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in horizontal departments. Formulates partnerships across the HR team between Maven Wave & Atos to deliver value-added services, driving and supporting effective business and workforce planning. The HRBP maintains an effective level of business acumen about the horizontals’ current position, growth plans, culture and challenges.

Your Role and Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic partnership and counsel to horizontal leaders, driving and supporting effective business and workforce planning and ensuring employee advocacy and fairness.
• Support leadership teams through all HR processes including talent development, performance management, compliance, employee relations, change management, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, etc through the development of progressive talent strategies.
• Utilize qualitative and quantitative data in order to inform key business and talent decisions.
• Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, conducting effective, thorough, and objective investigations.
• Works closely with leaders and employees to build culture, proactively push engagement, and be acutely aware of retention.
• Identifies training needs for business units and individual coaching needs developing solutions for such needs in partnership with various HR centers of excellence.
• Participate in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success. Follow up to ensure training objectives are met.
• Perform other related duties as assigned. 

Your Expertise: 

• 4 years relevant education & practical experience 
• SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP), SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP), Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or other relevant HR credentials preferred.
• 8+ years experience in HR functions, with at least 3 of experience in an HRBP role with preference supporting a Sales organization or in IT consulting.  Working knowledge of multiple human resources disciplines, including total rewards, employee relations, diversity, performance management, and federal and state respective employment laws.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to demonstrate strong judgment and decision making.
• Ability to obtain a thorough understanding of the organization’s structure, jobs, qualifications, compensation practices, and processes.
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Google Workspace preferred.
