People Services:

Provides general employee related support in different European countries (such as France, GSA, BENELUX, Italy, Iberia), covering employee life cycle management processes (from onboarding to offboarding). We have additional services in the following fields:

• Organization & Employee Master Data
• International Permanent Transfer
• Local Foreign Hire
• External Workforce Management

Executive Recruitment:

• Operates as an inhouse search firm focusing on external executive talents
• Their mission is to work on open positions at the highest grades (including executive level) and to proactively build succession plans for business-critical roles across all locations, business units and functions

Talent Operations:

• Managing global continuous improvement projects in TA
• Responsible for global reporting activities
• Talent Acquisition governance
• Continuous optimization of Workday
• Facilitation of global meetings, webinars, trainings of TA related topics
• Global process standardization

People Analytics:

• Responsible for employee related data analysis
• Improvement of people & business processes
• Mapping and improving employee experience in the organization
• Creating visualizations to have a better understanding of complex information

People & Culture Business Partnering:

• Supports the Head of People & Culture Hungary
• Deploys global people processes and policies
• Supports managers in all people and organization related matters

Typical skills and requirements:

• Professional HR / people & culture background in the respective domain or an eagerness to start and develop in this field
• Strong business partnering mindset
• Collaborative approach to problem-solving
• Experience in GBS / SSC / BPO organizations
• Advanced English is a must
• Intercultural and international experience
• Readiness and motivation to work in a fast evolving, changing, growing global organization
