We are seeking a dedicated and highly organized Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our Director. As a Personal Assistant to the Director at Aethir, you will be responsible for managing a wide range of administrative and personal tasks to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the Director's daily life.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the Director's calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Handle and prioritize incoming calls, emails, and other forms of correspondence.
  • Prepare documents, presentations, and reports for meetings and presentations.
  • Perform general administrative tasks, such as filing, record-keeping, and expense management.
  • Act as a liaison between the Director, project teams, and external partners, facilitating communication and collaboration.
  • Coordinate special projects and events.
  • Organize and coordinate projects, ensuring all aspects are well-planned and executed according to timelines. This includes following up on project timelines and deliverables, providing regular updates to the Director and stakeholders.
  • Manage the Director's personal life, including handling visa applications and other personal tasks as required.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Discreet, trustworthy, and able to handle confidential information.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Flexibility to work outside regular hours when necessary.
  • Proficiency in both English and Mandarin (written, spoken, and reading) is required.
