Our digital nomad team of more than 1200 professionals works all over the world. Our teams of digital nomads live and work remotely from Cyprus, Malta, the USA, Thailand, Indonesia, Hong Kong, Japan, Australia, Poland, Israel, Turkey, Latvia and many others.
We are looking for a Personal Finance Manager to CEO.
Your main tasks will be:
- General:
a. Servicing the CEO directly on a wide range of financial issues, mostly relating to expenses and assets in personal use;
b. Being able to deliver fast and informed replies (e.g., preferable means of payments, payment history, funds availability, etc);
c. Interacting with requestors for payment and financial support through different means of communication, servicing their needs, and being ready to help with a wide range of financial issues. - Payments and Payment methods:
a. Execution of payments covering the CEO’s lifestyle;
b. Structuring and controlling funds flows and maintaining sufficient balances within the Payment methods;
c. Communicating with banks on Payment method issues. - Reporting:
a. Registering the outgoing payments in the 1C ERP system with relevant analytics for management accounting for a number of personal accounts;
b. Planning of personal expenses, and alike with ongoing plan vs actuals (monthly data gathering, analysis, and reporting);
c. Preparing and monitoring yearly plan-factum reports of the CEO's lifestyle and assets/properties. - 4. Other applicable tasks and communication
We expect from you:
- 3+ years of experience as a Finance Manager/Junior Accountant/Personal Assistant/Personal Asset Finance Manager/Treasurer in Family offices/startups/other modern businesses;
- Higher education in Finance;
- Basic accounting skills;
- Fluent Russian and English;
- Advanced MS Excel/Google Sheets;
- 1C ERP (nice to have).Â

In the other locations, the company provides reimbursement of workplace costs up to $ 1000 gross once every 3 years, according to the paychecks. This money can be spent on the rent of the co-working room, on equipping the working place at home (desk, chair, Internet, etc.) during those 3 years;
