PHP Team Lead

PetroApp, a leading automotive company, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced PHP Team Lead to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of PHP developers, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and performance coaching
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, architect solutions, and ensure the successful delivery of PHP applications
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following industry best practices
• Conduct code reviews to ensure high code quality, performance, and security
• Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and performance issues
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, and share knowledge with the team

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Team Lead, with expertise in PHP development
• Strong knowledge of PHP frameworks such as Laravel, Symfony, or CodeIgniter
• Experience with MySQL or other relational databases
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git
• Deep understanding of software development principles and best practices
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities
• Experience working in the automotive industry is a plus
