Physical Medicine and Rehab Opening- Physician Owned Group with Unlimited Earning Potential

We are searching for a board certified or eligible Physiatrist to join Quincy Medical Group in our process to develop a Back Pain Clinic.

Join our growing team:

• Incoming physician will work closely with our Spine Surgery, Orthopedic, Neurosurgery, and Interventional Pain Teams
• Outpatient only practice
• Treating patients medically and providing some interventions such as injections
• Monday - Friday, 4.5 day workweek schedule
  • Incorporate 1-2 days per week in our walk-in Ortho clinic, seeing general MSK issues and back pain
• See 18-20+ patients per day on average
• Established relationships and opportunities with school and college athletes 
• Strong referral network and support team
• Epic EHR

We offer:

• No cap on earning potential, earn between $350,000-$500,000
• 1 year shareholder track and ASC ownership, no buy-in or downside
• 401k with match (100% vested day one) plus profit sharing
• Eligible for sign-on, relocation, loan forgiveness, and residency stipend
• $2,500 CME allowance plus license and certification renewals
• Up to 6 weeks paid time off and 6 paid holidays 
• The anticipated base compensation range for this position is $300,000-$350,000 depending upon the applicant’s qualifications and experience. In addition to the base compensation, this position may also be eligible for a productivity bonus, sign-on bonus, loan repayment assistance, and relocation bonus equaling a total target cash compensation that may be between $350,000 - $500,000.
