rnPTA needed asap for 13 weeksrn8 hours per day, 5 days per week. General start time between 7 and 8:30 AM. Weekend rotation every 4 weeksrnFacility Setting? Med Surg Acutern1‐2 years experiencernBLSrnRI lic requiredrnWill position be required to float to other units? If so, what units? Potential to float to ARUrnNumber of beds in your facility? 210rnPreferred experience level? Acute/Hospital experiencernEMR for your facility: CernerrnScrub colors / dress code: Light Gray scrubsrnParking Location: White lined parking spaces in the main parking lotsrn

Required Qualifications
Physical Therapist Assistant, Acute
Experience: 2 years
Licenses: PTA‐RI
Certifications: BLS‐AHA(Copy needed)
SSN Required
DOB Required
Work History: Should not be more than 30 days of gap in last 1 year
