Physical Therapist ‐ Home Health ‐ (PT ‐ HH)
StartDate: 6/9/2025 Available Shifts: 8 D Pay Rate: $2246.21 ‐ $2461.27

Need PTA for Smyrna DE area

Required Qualifications
Home Health and Oasis experience REQUIRED ‐‐ at least 2 years recent
***50 mile radius for local rate***
***Must plan 5 weeks for credentialing non‐resident DE: In person fingerprints are required. T must go to DE once accepted to begin the process and then results will post 3‐4 weeks from that point***
Home Health experience required
