Physical Therapist ‐ Home Health ‐ (PT ‐ HH)
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 8 D Pay Rate: $2487.51 ‐ $2725.68
How long is the contract assignment? 13 weeks 4. Schedule of assignment hours? M‐F 8‐5 5. Will there be any weekend rotation? yes, every 10 weeks, 2 admissions 6. Will there be any on call? no 7.
