Physical Therapist ‐ Outpatient ‐ (PT)
StartDate: 5/19/2025 Available Shifts: 12 D Pay Rate: $1889.95 ‐ $2070.90

Physical Therapist Needed asapThis position will not accept local candidates. Dysrhythmia Exam Not RequiredMust have BLS, Physical Therapist LicenseAt least experience with acute care, prefer a minimum of one year if possible, but will look at those under a yearPatient Population ‐ Orthopedic, general or mild neurological; SNF placement patients for Swing BedPatient Conditions ‐ Stable, general weakness, joint replacements, typical general inpatient and SFN placement diagnosisPatient load fluctuates, around 7‐10 patients, all lower acuity*Transfer equipment (Sara Steady, Hoyer)Pewter Gray Scrubs

Physical Therapist, OutpatientnExperience: 1 yearnLicenses: PT(Compact Accepted)nCertifications: BLS(Copy needed)nSSN RequirednDOB RequirednWork History: Should not be more than 30 days of gap in entire work historynReferences: 2 References in entire work historynnThis position will not accept local candidates.
