We are hiring a full-time Physician Assistant to join our office-based vascular surgery practice in Delaware. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established practice with over 30 years of experience.

Position Highlights:

• Permanent, full-time role

• Monday to Friday schedule

• No nights, weekends and Holidays off

• Office-based vascular surgery

• Supportive environment to develop and grow skills in cosmetic vein procedures while working as an independent practitioner under physician supervision

• Highly competitive initial salary with a performance-related bonus structure

We're happy to start a well-deserving, motivated candidate at $120K + $5K (performance bonus) and a $5K sign-on bonus, with additional compensation considered based on experience.
