Physician Assistant Family Medicine (Providence Medical Group - Oregon)

Providence Medical Group (PMG) is seeking a full-time Family Medicine nurse practitioner or physician associate to join a mission-driven and patient- focused team of providers and caregivers at PMG Sunset Family Medicine in Portland, Oregon. In this role, you will be responsible for direct and indirect patient care as well as inbox management. As part of an integrative Primary Care model, you'll work with physicians, behaviorist, pharmacist, and nursing staff to provide exceptional, coordinated care to patients and families. The practice, located in southwest Portland close to the Cedar Mill, Bethany and within a mile of Providence St. Vencent Hospital. We pride our practice on serving a culturally and ethnically rich patient population.

• Full-time nurse practitioner/physician assistant, 1.0 FTE at 4.5 days per week
• Monday to Friday, daytime hours
• Non-paneled, team-based care with direct and indirect patient care (in-basket management)
• Ideal candidates will have an interest in obtaining MAT Waiver
• Previous Pediatric experience/comfort preferred
• Opportunity to do procedures including minor Dermatologic and Orthopedic injections
