Physician Assistant Position in ED Fast Track and Urgent Care Clinics Located in the Beautiful Sierra Foothills

Adventist Health Sonora provides comprehensive medical care to over 100,000 residents throughout the Sierra foothills. The emergency department serves 36,000 patients a year and the Rapid Care clinics in Sonora and Angels Camp serve another 24,000. This full-time benefitted position allows you to work with autonomy at all three sites, reducing burnout and allowing you to see a variety of patients using a wide range of skills, while maintaining direct access to physicians for immediate assistance and expertise.

Compensation and Benefits

• $10,000 relocation bonus
• Work four, nine or ten hour shifts per week
• Flexible scheduling
• Weekend shifts pay a 5% differential
• Quarterly performance bonuses
• Four to six weeks PTO per year
• Subsidized medical benefits and corporate HSA contribution
• CME reimbursement plus 40 hours paid CME per year
• Paid malpractice, tail, license, DEA, and medical staff dues
• Participation in a self-directed 401k plan where the company profit sharing contribution exceeds 10% per year
