Excellent opportunity exists for a BE/BC Primary Care physician to join Banner Health Centers & Clinics in the rapidly growing cities of the Phoenix west valley. If you are looking for an opportunity to work in an outpatient setting with the ability to focus on clinical and patient excellence, then look no further! This is a physician-led group surrounded by excellent support, financial stability, and a focus on patient and provider wellness. We are hiring for our busy, established health center in Sun City West.

A description of our clinics:

• Step into an established adult/geriatric patient base with room to grow your own panel
• Mon-Fri with limited call (phone call consult)
• 36 hours of patient contact; 4 hours admin time
• Medical Assistants, network of specialists, and on-site leadership to support an autonomous practice
• Clinical responsibilities to include adult wellness and chronic care disease management, as well as specialized procedures according to candidate's interest

We seek candidates who are:

• Interested in adult or geriatric patient populations
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Patient-focused, friendly and willing to collaborate in a team environment

Banner Health total compensation package includes:

• Salary base plus incentives
• Relocation assistance + $50K sign-on bonus
• PSLF and Loan Repayment of up to $100K
• Paid CME days and malpractice coverage
