Plasma /Oxy-Fuel Machine Operator

Plasma/Oxy-Fuel Machine Operator Shift/Hours:Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Pay Rate:$20/hr DOE Location:Houston, TX 77039 Experience:Minimum 2 years experience We're looking for an experienced Plasma/Oxy-Fuel Machine Operator to join a rapidly expanding company. The successful candidate will operate a 0' by 40' table with 4 oxfuel torches and 1x 400 HPRD XD plasma torch. Controller is Hypertherm HedgePro. Must have 2-3 years of experience operating this type of machine and controller. Duties: • Machine operator will be responsible for safely and accurately burning steel per each shop order for his machine. • Will load/unload material on and off table. Will document plate inventory used on machine for inventory tracking purposes. • Must be able to read shop orders & drawings. Must have basic math skills and ability to read measurements. • Desire candidate who possesses ability to work independently, but also act as team player within shop. • Bilingual is preferred Requirements: • 2 or more years operating plasma/Oxyfuel machine with Hypertherm HedgePro controller • Bilingual is preferred but not required. • Dependable and able to be at work every day and on time.
