Key Responsibilities • Perform a variety of plumbing services, including diagnosing and repairing leaks, clogs, and other plumbing issues for residential and commercial clients. • Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including water heaters, fixtures, and piping. • Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs and offering solutions to clients. • Accurately document work performed and communicate with the office team for scheduling and follow-ups. • Ensure all work complies with local plumbing codes and safety regulations.
