Job Description
Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical aptitude and experience in various plumbing tasks, including installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team on construction sites or residential projects.
Duties
• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures in residential and commercial settings.
• Assemble and install pipes, fittings, and fixtures using power tools and hand tools.
• Perform pipe threading and ensure proper connections to prevent leaks.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine the layout of plumbing systems.
• Conduct routine inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues or potential problems.
• Collaborate with other tradespeople on construction sites to ensure timely project completion.
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their plumbing needs.
Requirements
• Proven experience as a plumber or in a similar role within the construction industry.
• Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to troubleshoot plumbing issues effectively.
• Familiarity with pipe threading techniques and the use of power tools.
• Basic math skills for measuring and calculating material requirements accurately.
• Experience with remodeling projects is a plus.
• Ability to read schematics and technical drawings related to plumbing installations.
• Valid driver's license with the ability to operate commercial vehicles if required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $110,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year
