Northwestern Medical Center is actively seeking a skilled and highly motivated ABFAS foot qualified or foot certified candidate to join our dynamic Northwestern Orthopedics practice. This position presents a prime opportunity for a talented physician to integrate into a thriving practice with a supportive and experienced group of Surgeons and Providers.

This turn-key practice offers ample volume and strong practice support, ensuring a steady and rewarding workflow that allows you to excel in your specialty while being well-compensated.

Responsibilities:

· Perform routine podiatry office care and forefoot surgery with a focus on patient safety and outcomes.

· Focus on forefoot surgical ,diabetic foot care and limb salvage.

· Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure the best patient care experience.

· Utilize advanced operating room technologies and equipment.

· Participate in primetime block OR scheduling, typically 2 or 3 days per month.

· Provide education and guidance to support staff to foster a positive learning environment.

Requirements:

· ABFAS foot qualified or foot certified.

· Valid state medical license (or eligibility to obtain).

· Strong surgical skills and a commitment to patient care and outcomes.

· Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership abilities.
