职位描述：
本岗位为中国区渠道商体系支持岗，岗位工作以"数字化的方式为渠道商提供最佳交易交付体验"为中心，专注于通过客户咨询支持、流程的持续优化，打造联想具有行业竞争力的渠道服务体系，具体但不限于：

1、联想直签渠道的关于商流、供需、公司政策规则等的咨询支持
2、具备数字化基础，对PBI有一定的了解，能够对工作中的各类数据进行分析处理，并以此指导流程改善，熟悉PowerBI
3、公司有自己的智能客户服务平台，能够快速平台的运作逻辑，具备AI知识管理 、AI提示词 、自然语言处理等知识，可以与公司DTIT对接，进行小模型的方案设计以及提示词工程，改善平台的交互体验

职位要求：
1、3年以上工作经验
2、掌握Power BI；会SQL和Python优先
3、良好的逻辑思维能力
4、良好的沟通、跨团队协作能力
5、有良好的客户服务意识
6、有进取心，期望成长
