We are looking for an Offer Manager to join our team

What will you do?

• Be in charge of our business in 3 countries (Croatia, Slovenia, Bosnia&Herzegovina)
• Develop and maintain business relationships with current and prospective customers in order to generate business for the Schneider Electric's products/solutions/service in domain of Power Systems product
• Follow all marketing activities - Product launches, offer update, pricing, trainings, promotions, catalogues, support sales, competitor's analysis
• Strategy - continually improve the business with update of commercial policy and development of new channels, partnerships and product availability
• Supply management with written and oral reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potentials for selling new solutions, products and services.
• Coordinate sales effort with VP's, SD's, Project managers, Marketing, Sales specialists, Finance department, Logistic and Tendering from designing up to execution phase

What qualifications will make you succesful?

• VI or VII degree in Electrical Engineering/Power Engineering
• 3 years of experience in a similar position
• Analytical profile and able to relate the results with the business
• Culture of customer first
• Independent thinking when evaluating critical information to reach conclusions
• Strong collaborative skills
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize work
• Self-motivated and enthusiastic
• Fluent in English
• Drivers licence B category
