Honest is looking for a Public Relations Coordinator to join the Marketing Communication team. This person will handle all administration for the team and will work very closely with cross functional partners in the Influencer Marketing, Social Marketing and Brand Marketing space. The Public Relations Coordinator will play an integral role in helping the team stay organized from the ground up.

You’ll be responsible for supporting the Marketing Communications team in all press activities including asset organization, agency management, interview scheduling, photo shoots, brand activations, gifting and product seeding. We’re looking for someone who embraces the unexpected, is willing to think creatively to tackle challenges, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. 

• Lead and Manage PR Gifting and Product Requests in partnership with the Influencer Relations team
• Oversee internal communications around product for media and influencers across the US, Germany, UK and China
• Manage all inbound and outbound communications with media, vendors, influencers and external stakeholders 
• Create and gather all assets needed for external partners/agency 
• Obtain approval for all assets including global product fact sheets and imagery 
• Save and organize global PR coverage
• Handle all logistics for PR meetings
• Support all brand activation logistics
• Act as liaison for all conferences, summits and shoots, both internal and external

 What you’ll need:

• Bachelor’s degree (Communications, Journalism, or other relevant area of study preferred)
• 1 - 3 years of Public Relations experience (CPG experience preferred)
• Attention to detail and ability to exercise tact and discretion while working with top tier talent 
• Basic high level understanding of Public Relations and/or Media Relations 
• Ability to lift up to 15 lbs
