We Offer

• High earning potential with no cap, physicians currently earning up to $950K+
• Up to 6 weeks paid time off and 6 paid holidays: Flex time as shareholder
• 1 year shareholder track and ASC ownership, no buy-in or downside risk
• 401k with match (100% vested day one) plus profit sharing
• Eligible for $35K sign-on, $10K relocation, loan forgiveness and more
• $2,500 CME allowance plus paid licensure and certification renewals
• The anticipated base compensation range for this position is $350,000-$425,000 depending upon the applicant’s qualifications and experience. In addition to the base compensation, this position may also be eligible for a productivity bonus, sign-on, loan repayment assistance, and relocation bonus equaling a total target cash compensation that may be between $400,000 - $950,000.
