Your mission

As a Strategic Venturer Intern you will be a part of our Venture Academy. The Venture Academy is a 3-month internship program for creatives and strategists looking to gain hands-on experience in the world of venture building.

In our Life Sciences practice, we've had the privilege to work on an innovative project with a leading global pharmaceutical company, focused on tackling the often overlooked area of menopause. We ventured into uncharted territory, aiming to not only improve the health and wellbeing of countless women, but also to shatter long standing societal taboos. The ambition of this project was to build a new venture from the ground up, creating new pathways in women's health. In addition to our pioneering work in life sciences, our commitment to making a positive impact extends to other important causes. We proudly collaborate with various NGOs in projects dedicated to upholding and advancing children's rights, striving to secure a better, safer future for the next generation. This is a glimpse into the work we do – work that has a lasting impact, that challenges conventions, and that genuinely makes a difference.

Your daily work

• Building customer relationships and understanding customer needs: As a strategic venturer, you’ll be working on a range of disciplines needed to build successful ventures, such as customer research or commercial analysis. You collaborate with our amazing people and work closely with creatives and developers across the whole process.

• Immerse yourself in our culture of innovation: You play a vital role as we breathe life into and actualize new projects. This gives you the opportunity to learn from outstanding innovators, understanding how novel concepts come alive and how we consistently make our projects distinguish themselves from the crowd.
