Practice Details:

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday: 8am-5pm or four 10-hour shifts.
• No call required.

Support Staff:

• Collaborate with a diverse team including CMAs, RN Case Managers, Clinical Pharmacists, and more.
• Access to Cerner and Epic EMR systems for streamlined care.

Volume:

• Manage 12-14 patients per day.
• Provide outpatient-only care, with in-house lab services.

Financials & Benefits:

• Guaranteed salary between $250,000 and $300,000 annually.
• $30,000 signing bonus and $30,000 retention bonus.
