Role Distribution:

• 60% Clinical Practice- option to lower FTE if desired
• 40% Administrative Leadership

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic oversight for the Baraboo market primary care services
• Partner with Operations Leaders to optimize care delivery
• Lead Primary Care redesign initiatives
• Drive implementation of system-wide programs
• Maintain a focused clinical practice

• Developing and executing primary care strategy

Required Qualifications:

• MD or DO degree
• Board Certification Family Medicine
• Active Wisconsin Medical License (or ability to obtain)
• Active Unrestricted DEA registration
• Minimum of 8 years of primary care clinical experience
• Minimum of 2 years of physician leadership experience
