For our Ivanti's Strategic Alliances/OEM team we are looking for a technical Sales Engineer / Pre-Sales Consultant with deep knowledge and experience with WSUS and SCCM. They will take over responsibilities for any technical areas of our best-in class OEM Solutions portfolio with partner solutions including Patch Management, Asset Management, and the Neurons platform Endpoint & MDM
Title: Solution/ Pre-Sales Architect
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with OEM account managers from the Strategic Alliances team to identify and drive partner projects towards successful closing.
- Single point of contact for technical and business stakeholders from partner side with focus on patch management, Mobile Iron and asset management solutions.
- Responsible for driving both, business and technical conversations, addressed by our products including key regulations, business drivers, evolving business needs, etc.
- The position will require the ability to demo, configure troubleshoot and remediate all aspects of complex Configuration Manager environments.
- Most of the troubleshooting tasks will take place remotely via a Microsoft Teams (or equivalent) call with customers and will require communication skills in that environment.
- Training will be provided for the products you will be supporting. Products to be supported include our Ivanti Patch, Asset Management, Mobile Iron, and Neurons solutions. Please provide details on certifications, related job responsibilities, references, and training for your Configuration Management experience. The position will require you to maintain an SCCM/WSUS environment for product demonstration purposes to customers.
Experience Required
- 2+ years' experience in administration and support of SCCM
- 5+ years' Enterprise Software Solution Architect experience.
- Deep technical experience in Security products or Endpoint products.
- Demonstrated success in supporting major accounts, relationship building.
- Record of achieving and exceeding revenue goals.
