for our SLED practice for the Ivanti - Security Business Unit
Responsibilities
Sell Ivanti / Security Portfolio into the SLED Space
- Developing a sales strategy and marketing plans with the marketing team to drive revenue growth.
- Executing against a channel strategy with defined partners for pipeline generation.
- Being the trusted advisor to the customer by understanding their existing and future IT initiatives to drive the Ivanti solution within the marketplace.
- Prospect qualification and the development of new sales opportunities and ongoing revenue streams.
- Arranging and conducting initial Executive and CxO discussions and positioning meetings.
- Ongoing account management to ensure customer satisfaction and drive additional revenue streams.
We're looking for someone with:
- 7+ years' experience selling into the SLED/Federal space.
- Demonstrable track record of achieving sales targets.
- Defined sales process & methodology to drive repeatable & predictable results.
- Ability to understand the "bigger picture" and the business drivers around IT.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Degree in Business or equivalent Technical Sales experience, specifically within Public Sector with some knowledge of unique sales cycles and procurement.
- Proven track record of driving multiple concurrent sales cycles and exceeding sales quotas
- Passion for in-depth technical knowledge of products, systems and services.
- Motivation to expand personal and professional knowledge of product and sales skills.
