Principal SAP R2R TAX Consultant

Infosys is seeking a Principal SAP R2R TAX Architect
This position requires an expert contributing to different phases of the consulting lifecycle. You will be intensely involved in business process consulting; you will define the problem, propose, and create the solution. You will also play an important role in the development, configuration, and deployment of the overall solution. You will guide teams on project processes, deliverables and contribute to the proposal development, client training and internal capability building and help detail the project scope. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Greenfield, IN or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel to project locations.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
  
• At least 11 years of experience with Information Technology.
  
• Experience in SAP R2R, TAX, OneSource integration
  

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 11 years of experience working in SAP R2R, TAX, OneSource integration.
  
• S4HANA Tax configuration
  
• Hands-on experience on Global Tax - IN - GST, EU - Tax, CN - Golden Tax, LATAM - BR Tax, LATAM - WHT, MX - Tax
  
• Resolving all tax related issues including ones with OneSource integration
  
• Managing client stakeholders and working with 3rd party supporting OneSource module to solve issues and develop enhancements in S4.
  
• Assess the Assess the current enhancements and document required changes in the various Functional/Technical specifications and work on new change requests as and when needed.
  

• Self-motivated and able to drive discussions with cross team members to gather requirements and provide solutions.
  
• Analytical and Communication skills
  

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements
