Description
Principal Scrum Master/Agile Coach
Location: Salt Lake City, UT
The Principal Scrum Master is ultimately a facilitator for our software development teams - focused on trying to make everything easier. We are looking for a craftsman that has a solid understanding of the Agile tools in their toolbox, but that is driven by the team's results - the outcome - not how well they followed the process or adhered to any SDLC. A leader that measures their own success based on the success of their team and is willing to do whatever is needed to achieve that success. A professional that knows the "Why" is so much more powerful than the "How".
As a Scrum Master/Agile Coach, a Typical Day Might Include the Following:

- Ensuring that blockers (or any friction) are identified as early as possible and addressed as quickly as possible.
- Facilitating an owner's mindset for all team members.
