Principal Systems Analyst

We are looking for a Principal Systems Analyst who bring expertise in bridging business requirements with Technology platforms and solutions. In Wealth Cash Solutions - Personal Cards, we are embarking on a multi-year journey to improve our debit and credit card programs - including enhancing our ability to service customers over our live channels, improving the digital experiences (web and mobile), and optimizing our vendor partnership structure. The role involves facilitating requirement sessions with business partners and vendor partners, articulating business requirements and working within the technology organization to deliver new features/functionality.

The Purpose:

As a systems analyst on the team, you will be expected to quickly gain understanding of all the components of our applications, develop customer journey maps, data flows and inputs/outputs of the platform. The ideal candidate should show ease at making personal connections, be confident in leading and constructively challenging with a dedicated approach to solving problems and overcoming obstacles.

The Expertise You Have:

  • 8+ years of experience as a Systems Analyst for software solutions, experience with Debit or Credit card domains, PCI or HIPAA etc. will be a plus
  • Experience researching, optimizing, developing and developing documentation, user stories, and specifications for moderate to complex software systems
  • Proven experience with Structured Query Language (SQL) and digging into data using logging tools
  • Strong understanding and experience with APIs, relational database schemas and SQL management tools
  • Knowledge of the mainframe, programs and jobs would also be helpful
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Bachelor's Degree Computer Science or related technology discipline
