You will be responsible for driving the PDE release process across all business units within product and engineering in close concert with cross-functional teams by aligning technical strategies with business goals and ensuring timely and efficient product launches while building scalable and streamlined processes.

- Facilitate technical discussions and provide guidance to the team
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders, reporting release status, milestones, and issues
- Lead regular release status meetings and ensure documentation is up to date
- Establish and maintain quality standards for project deliverables
- Conduct regular quality checks and ensure adherence to best practices
- Manage changes in release scope, schedule, and costs, ensuring that all changes are properly documented and approved
- Maintain release documentation, including requirements, technical specifications, and design documents

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in project management tools and software
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
