Process Owner

You will play a key role in creating new technical solutions for the industrialization of Aptiv wiring harness production in electrical power and data distribution systems for all major car and truck OEMs. This will be another piece of the puzzle to make future vehicles safer, greener, and, most importantly, more reliable. Due to customers' stringent technical requirements and the multi-dimensional business environment, this will not be an easy endeavor, but the satisfaction at stake is significant.

Your Role
• Design, develop, install, and validate special tooling, equipment, and processes to aid in the manufacturing of electrical wiring harnesses.
• Participation in the development of technical specifications for new devices.

• Process research and development in collaboration with suppliers and OEMs.
• Develop and maintain technical and process documentation.
• Launch new equipment/devices and processes for new and ongoing projects in production.
• Launch and promote innovation, connectivity, and digitalization in an industrial 4.0 environment.
• Conduct training for employees located at our manufacturing sites.

Your Background
• B.S. or M.S. in Mechanical, Electronic, or Mechatronics technical field is a plus.
• Skills in planning, data collection, result analysis, and decision-making.
• Ability to comprehend technical documentation.
• Experience in the automotive manufacturing industry is a plus.
• Proficient communication and presentation skills in English - additional languages would be a plus.
• Willingness to travel for business.
