Process Planner Med

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Process Planner Med to join us.

The Process Planner is in charge of managing the client's internal processes to ensure compliance with KPI's, continuous improvement and quality, as well as actively participating with the key areas of the processes with which he/she works.

Responsibilities:

Product/Process:

• Define the process of his sector and make cost calculation

• Contribute to the Process Efficiency, providing performance KPIs.

• Define the assembly sequence and create the reference process.

• Ensure QCD Targets (Quality, Cost and Timing).

• Realize first-level process cycle diagrams.

• Analyze and validate product evolutions requested by partners.

• Manage Product changes, in term of Feasibility, Cost & Time.

Project management:

• Reports to the Process Architect and Product Robustness Leader.

• Participates in convergence meetings with BCI

• Provides the necessary information to partners

Specificity of hemming:

• Analyze, create or adapt the product to be hemmed.

• Analyze and define the way to marry inner and outer panels.

• Define and realize the DFNIE-2D for each closure.

• In case of Ski hemming, prepare the locating points for each step of the Product

* Project Management experience

* Automotive industry knowlegde (processes, manufacturing)

* Tracking and optimization of KPI's (Quality, Cost, Timing)

* Experience in Body in White and Body in Shop

* Teamcenter and AUTOCAD experience
