Job Purpose:

Competitive buying, sustainable sourcing and building purpose-led partnerships for Logistics services (Warehousing, Transportation) in Indonesia

Key Accountabilities:

You are expected to Deliver on the key matrices of World class service, Competitive Cost and Sustainable sourcing by

• Understanding market conditions as well as forecasting future markets trends.
• Co-creating and Implementing Procurement strategies for your portfolio.
• Planning and Executing Procurement Decisions of who to buy from, how to buy, when to buy
• Working closely with Internal Operations team and External Supply Partners to drive key initiatives.
• Troubleshooting supply Chain issues (e.g. Crisis Management)
• Identifying and Implementing tools and process to optimize sourcing practices.
• Think "Digitally" in order to solve, concepting, and implementing digital agenda as part of Global team and Implement in Country

Education and Experiences

The Candidate should have

• Bachelor's degree with at least 4 years' experience in Procurement / Supply Chain Management
• Or a master's degree with specialization in Procurement / Supply Chain with at least 2 years' experience in Procurement / Supply Chain Management
• Relevant Experience in Procurement of Logistics Services will be preferable.

• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and Power Point
• SAP and Digital sourcing Platforms knowledge (advantage)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Additional Information:

The role will involve domestic travel for 20% of the year
