Product Analyst

Every decision made at Flowcode has data at its root, and as a Product Analyst you will help power the insights that drive such decisions. Working alongside a team of data and product analysts, analytics engineers, and product managers, you will help produce meaningful insights used by internal stakeholders and external clients. Your role will revolve around getting a better understanding of our customers, their needs, and what drives their behavior and usage of the Flowcode product suite. This is an ideal fit for you if you are deeply curious, have strong analytical horsepower, and are eager to apply your skills in creative and technical ways. You will constantly be asked questions like “why?” and “how?” and will employ the above skillsets to get to a solution, no matter how nebulous the ask.

Your responsibilities:

• Derive Flowcode usage and product insights for external client teams and provide support for further optimization and best practices
• Develop insights on long term trends in addition to providing daily performance updates on the Flowcode product suite
• Provide comprehensive and concise written, visual, and verbal reports regarding analysis and findings that tell a story instead of just capturing synthesized data
• Strive to ask and answer questions that help drive the company forward during rapid growth
• Use strong cross-collaboration, intuition, analytical thinking, and a relentless drive for the right solution.

Your skills and experience:

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in an analytics field such as Statistics, Computer Science, Math, Economics
• 3+ years of experience working as a data analyst, data scientist, or data engineer or 2 years of experience plus a Master's Degree in a relevant field
• Experience creating data science models such as regression, clustering, and classifications
• Expertise in business intelligence and visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau or Power BI. Looker and LookML experience preferred.
• Strong SQL skills and the ability to perform ad hoc analysis using a data warehouse
• Moderate experience using Python data packages, such as Pandas, for analysis is nice to have. Our data team motto is “automate the easy stuff”
• Proven experience managing multiple client projects and the ability to communicate technical information to varying external audiences
• Clear, concise communication skills, both written and oral. You specifically have an aptitude for distilling and capturing key elements and reporting on them
• Strong problem solving skills and the ability to deliver concise, actionable solutions from disparate sources of data
• Propensity for knowledge sharing. You have experience working cross-functionally and seeking solutions as a team.
