Markets - Global Liquidity Services team provides liquidity solutions through industry leading Liquidity Direct platform to corporate and institutional clients.

We're seeking a future team member for the role of Product, Business and Regulatory Management - Lead Analyst to join our Markets - Global Liquidity Services team. This role is located in London, United Kingdom (Hybrid). In addition to experience and management of liquidity related services, you will also gain exposure to collateral management and asset segregation solutions.

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:

• Develop ideas for product development, enhancements and/or expansion in the EMEA/APAC region
• Employ a client-focused, strategic approach to develop the business case for product offerings
• Build relevant content and perform training and demo to drive awareness, uptake and business growth
• Lead the business management efforts for the division
• Support the team in meeting its regulatory obligations (e.g. MiFID, CASS/CAP, PSD, DGSD)

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:

• Strong team player, high energy and self-motivated
• Great interpersonal and communication skills
• Sound organisational skills and self-discipline in managing priorities
• Familiarity with money market funds and wider off-balance sheet liquidity solutions
• Awareness of key regulations including MiFID, CASS/CAP rules
• Bachelor's degree in finance or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required
