In this role, you'll be the hero of our story, connecting dots across our brand and shaping, defining, and owning a unified user experience journey across all interactions. Design is at the heart of US Mobile and what makes us special, and you'll be responsible for the overall strategy and implementation of our product design, brand image, and overall user experience.

As a Product Design Lead, you can expect to:
  • Lead the design team in delivering great product, brand, and web designs for US Mobile
  • Help define the company's visual identity with the company leadership and stakeholders
  • Develop and flawlessly execute on complex product designs that delight customers and lead our industry
  • Be a marketing leader who can identify and execute on long term strategies that push the business forward
  • Build and develop a strong design team, including making hiring and organizational decisions, and creating a cohesive, positive culture

Job requirements
  • 6+ years of experience in full-stack design, including at least 2 years in a design leadership role
  • Experience in developing digital B2C and B2B products
  • Very strong UI/UX skills, product sense, and brand management skills
  • Proven portfolio of exceptional work, including for product design, web design, and illustrations
  • Ability to pivot quickly and make fast decisions based on changing needs
  • Highly collaborative and an effective communicator
This position will be based out of our Manhattan office.
