About the Role

Learn and contribute to our Product Management organization as a Summer 2024 Intern. Our Product Management team is looking for talented students towards the latter end of their university curriculum who are interested in learning more about a product management role. We are looking for individuals with strong customer-centricity, exceptional communication skills, strong analytical skills, and comfort in tackling technical challenges. Sound exciting? Location: Remote, but you must be located in CA, AZ, CO, NC, or UT during the internship. 

Duration: Starting June 2024 for 10 weeks, 40 hours per week

A Day in the Life

• Engage in the Discovery side of Product Development by conducting Market Research, Customer Interviews, Data Analysis, and Competitive Research
• Engage in the Business side of Product Development by learning and understanding the revenue and cost sides of our business, how we make business tradeoff decisions, and learn about ROI with real world examples from our business
• Engage in the Technical and Delivery side of Product Development by learning our tech stack and how we build scalable, global legal products
• Under the direction and support of a Product Manager or Senior Product Manager, you will assist in driving the execution of our Product Strategy for one of our core Product areas. You may get a chance to lead or co-lead aspects of the agile software development cycle such as backlog grooming, daily scrums, and prioritization.
• Engage users in pre-launch testing and log feedback and bugs
• Assist in developing and maintaining the Product roadmap
• Analyze KPIs that inform the success of products
• Under the direction and support of a Senior Product Manager, lead the ideation, development, and launch of features and experiments 

About You

• For this role, ideally you would have: Technology-focused degree such as Computer Science, Data Engineering, Human-Computer Interaction or similarly technical/analytical coursework
