The Role

Nabis is seeking a passionate Product Manager to cover a large product surface area. Product Managers at Nabis are required to have a versatile skill set and direct experience working on multiple verticals, including: Logistics, B2B Marketplace & E-Commerce, FinTech, and Emerging Markets. The Product Manager will help elevate our software solutions internally and for our customers. They will scope and perform product research building a variety of tools that help lead critical, scalable, and secure systems that will meet the needs of Nabis' growing customer base. 

The Product Manager plays a key role in helping Nabis scale during this exciting period of growth. This is a remote role with light travel expected. It is critical that all of our Product Managers have a comprehensive understanding of our business and all of the key stakeholders that use each product.

Responsibilities

• Drive the execution of all processes in the product life cycle, including product and market research, competitor analysis, planning, positioning, requirements and roadmap development, and product launch.
• Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for prototyping and final development by engineering teams.
• Create product strategy documents that describe business cases, high-level use cases, technical requirements, revenue, and ROI.
• Analyze market data to develop sales strategies, and define product objectives for effective marketing communications.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, production, marketing, and sales teams in the development, QA, and release of products, and balance resources to ensure success for the entire organization.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• A proven track record of managing complex projects from start to finish.
• Experience and expertise in collaborating with Designers and Engineers to ship well-designed user-facing apps.
• Demonstrated ability to interact directly with customers, specifically to uncover their true needs as they relate to products.
• Excellence in stakeholder management, integrating their expertise with customer and business needs to achieve success.

Preferred Qualifications

• Highly organized and detail oriented
• Good problem-solving skills
• Superior interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent time management skill
• Experience with Atlassian Software
• Prior experience as an engineer, product designer, or data analyst 
• Have data-diving experience writing SQL (Postgres) queries.
• Background with React, GraphQL, Node, and Debugging in AWS
• Experience building well-designed apps in a Product-led Growth environment and can leverage that experience here.
