Your Role and Responsibilities

Accountable for the research design integration and adoption of Watson X products services and foundation models for IBM Application and Developer Services products and capabilities.

Work closely with product managers researchers clients partners and others to discover AI opportunities that will help differentiate our solutions in the DevOps and software delivery market. Validate the opportunity and impact of implementation then work with leadership to agree and prioritise projects to align with our overall product strategy.

Be responsible for coordinating with Product Managers Developers Partners Go to Market and others to ensure the delivery and launch of prioritised AI integrations and solutions.

Support launch go to market partnership and sales activities track adoption and communicate required changes that are most likely to have the greatest positive impact for the Application and Developer Services business.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

Experience designing and delivering AI-infused solutions and integrating applications with different LLMs/foundation models.

Experience developing customizing and tuning LLMs/foundation models.

> Strong experience coding in Python and Java.

> Strong experience product management

Hands on experience of the software development and delivery lifecycle using at least one of: IBM DevOps Automation Azure DevOps GitLab or Harness.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
Degree in a related topic ie Software Engineering AI or Data science.
