JOB OVERVIEW
As a product manager you will be an integral member of the product development and sales organization working in tandem with product, engineering and sales representatives to bring new solutions to market and meet revenue objectives. As a trusted member of these teams, you will add value in the areas of discovery analysis, solutions design, product development, sales positioning, in depth product demonstrations, and transition to relationship management.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work to define new solutions that fit AvidXchange's overall product suite, including product discovery analysis, solutions definition and consultation, product development and delivery, and sales execution.
- Clearly articulate the benefits of AvidXchange's applications to all levels including line of business managers and "C" level executives.
- Develop, present and deliver high-impact demonstrations of the AvidXchange solution daily.
- Maintain strong relationships with AvidXchange Product Marketing, Product Development and Relationship Management team for identified area(s) of product expertise (product champion).
- Communicate Solution Descriptions effectively to Product Marketing and Development teams related to Voice of Prospect feedback.
- Stay informed of AvidXchange product announcements to translate into AvidXchange product presentations.
- Attend Industry Events and professionally represent AvidXchange to prospects, customers and partners.
- Increase company revenue by generating payments and bookings through the process of supporting the close sales opportunities.
- Reduce the number of fallout payments or opportunities that are (Transitioned Back to Sales) to increase company profitability.
- Maximize the amount of opportunities that are successfully implemented by properly setting expectations for product and services.
Required Experience, Qualifications, and Skills
- Familiarity with media buying systems, accounting platforms and general ERPs.
- Experience defining, designing, and delivering new software applications.
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Experience, Qualifications, and Skills
- Minimum of 3+ years of consulting or solution consulting experience (business-to-business) with a focus on middle market/strategic customer segment.
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution or Equivalent Experience
- Background in working with either Mid-Market or Enterprise size customers.
Additional Information
- Travel is required (up to 50%, local and overnight when appropriate). - video conferencing an alternative
