Purpose
As a Product Manager focused on the customer authentication experience you will work closely and primarily with engineering and design teams following up product building through agile development as well as collaborating in defining the strategy to achieve short mid and long-term goals. This role will mainly be defining and following complex technical solutions together with engineering managers.
Key Responsibilities

This role is responsible for being the gateway to the entire Kueski Ecosystem including the following activities:

Design and implement user registration and authentication experiences that reduce friction while preventing fraud
-
Collaborate with Legal Compliance and Security teams to ensure our authentication products meet legal regulatory and security requirements
-
Oversee user behavior to prevent fraud and account takeovers
-
Deliver exceptional user creation experiences (for both consumers and merchants) and authentication across products including Sign Up Login and 2FA
-
Develop product roadmaps and align initiatives and epics to transform them into actionable plans considering dependencies

Understand and articulate the business value and intent behind new products or product releases

Advocate for customer needs by clearly communicating how Kueski can deliver value developing and implementing product strategy and providing clarity in problem articulation

Establish and drive a consistent shipping cadence

Ensure the backlog for upcoming sprints is up to date

Maintain high product quality with minimal bugs and issues contributing to QA for product features
-
Facilitate effective scoping sessions with the team clearly documenting decisions made
-
Ensure teams are focused on scoping small manageable tasks

Articulate the impact of the teamβs latest feature releases helping teams uncover and respond to actual customer and business impacts

Define key product and use case metrics in collaboration with stakeholders and guidance from senior management

Continuously monitor and communicate product/use case performance to ensure the right metrics are being met

Validate product hypotheses through market experiments such as surveys concept testing analytics tools and A/B testing

Contribute to a healthy collaborative and inclusive product culture in line with company values

Mentor other product team members to support their success
Position Requirements

Worked in a startup environment
-
Experience defining end-to-end products
-
5+ Product Management experience defining end-to-end products
-
Ability to work in a fast-paced and agile development environment.

Experience with web/ mobile development technologies.
-
Technical knowledge to define complex solutions and translate them into awesome products.

Ideally the candidate would have experience with payment providers
